Who we are

Jamal is a professionally trained surf instructor, and Fenja is a guide in trust and purpose, generally known under Navigate on Trust. When they met, Jamal was living in his fisherman’s cave, and Fenja joined him—they shared a simple life by the waves.

Jamal later opened his surf shop, Surf Jamal Tafedna, and together they created an apartment in town before discovering Wilde Tigmi—a Berber house where they could build a home even more connected to the land and ocean.

Together, they envision Wilde Tigmi as a place for those seeking connection—to the ocean, the land, and themselves. Guests come for short stays, surf retreats, creative projects, or simply to enjoy the waves and the soulful atmosphere of this unique coastal home.
